Bob Wydra

Bob Wydra is the current Chief Financial Officer at Lutheran Services Florida Inc. Bob has over 25 years of experience in the finance industry, holding various positions in accounting and financial advising.

Bob started their career in 1988 with The Nature Conservancy, where they held various accounting positions over an 8-year period. Bob then spent 3 years as the Director of Finance for The Conservation Fund before joining Merrill Lynch as a financial advisor in 2000.

In 2001, Bob became the Chief Financial Officer for Children's Home Society of Florida, where they worked for 15 years until 2016. Bob then took their current position as CFO at Lutheran Services Florida Inc.

Bob has a long history of working in finance and has been successful in every role they have taken on. Bob is a trusted advisor and leader, and has helped numerous organizations through their financial expertise.

Bob Wydra has a MBA in Finance from Strayer University and a BS in Accounting from the University of Central Florida.

They work with Mike Carroll - EVP of Programs, Phil Hubbell - Executive of Human Resources, and Jim Clark - EVP of Agency Advocacy. Bob Wydra reports to Samuel M. Sipes, President & CEO.
