Samuel M. Sipes

Samuel M. Sipes is the current President & CEO at LUTHERAN SERVICES FLORIDA INC. Prior to their current position, they served as President and COO at Upbring from December 1992 to September 2007. Samuel has also held positions as Administrator at Brown-Karhan Health Care, Director of Programs/Program Evaluator/Social Worker at Texas Department of Mental Health and Mental Retardation, and Center Supervisor/Unit Coordinator/Mental Health Worker at The Oaks Treatment Center of the Brown Schools.

BSW from The University of Texas at Austin, MSSW from St. Ambrose University, and a bachelor's degree from Fundación Universidad de las Américas Puebla.
