Bethy Olson

Bethy Olson is a skilled professional with extensive experience in nonprofit organizations and data management. Currently serving as the Lead Data Specialist at Lutheran Social Service of Minnesota since May 2025, Bethy previously held the position of Development Assistant at The Advocates for Human Rights, where responsibilities included processing donations and managing donor records using Raiser’s Edge CRM. During tenure at The Center for Community and Nonprofit Studies, both as a Co-Create Undergraduate Research Intern and Team Lead, Bethy played a significant role in producing research reports and facilitating community engagement initiatives. Educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Community and Nonprofit Leadership and Gender and Women's Studies, along with a certificate in Social Justice and Education from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
