Douglas Swenson

Douglas Swenson, CPA, CGMA, has extensive experience in accounting and finance, currently serving as the Assistant Controller and Contract Consultant at Lutheran Social Service of Minnesota since August 2013. Prior to this role, Douglas was a Board Member at Minnesota Computers for Schools from 2011 to July 2017 and held various positions including Audit Supervisor at Wilkerson Guthmann from 2008 to April 2013, where responsibilities included planning and executing audits along with internal controls documentation. Additionally, Douglas was a Senior Accountant at Virchow Krause (Baker Tilley Virchow Krause) from November 2007 to August 2008, focusing on audits and financial reporting enhancements, and served as a Senior Accountant at Mahoney Ulbrich Christiansen Russ from December 2004 to October 2007.
