Melissa Grimmer

Melissa A Grimmer, LSW, has extensive experience in volunteer management and program development within the social services sector. Currently serving as Senior Director and Program Director for LSS Healthy Transitions and Neighbor to Neighbor at Lutheran Social Service of Minnesota since July 2012, Melissa oversees the design and management of older adult program volunteer recruitment and sales, including the development of recruitment strategies and managing budgets. Previous experience includes serving as Volunteer Coordinator at Minnesota Masonic Home from January 2006 to July 2012, where Melissa maintained policies for volunteer programs and directed recruitment and placement activities. Melissa holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Social Work from St. Cloud State University.
