Roxanne Jenkins

Roxanne Jenkins is the AVP of Services for Older Adults at LUTHERAN SOCIAL SERVICE OF MINNESOTA. Roxanne has been in this position since July 2014. Prior to that, they were the Sr. Director of Guardianship Options Services at LSS Lutheran Social Service from March 2011 to July 2014. In that role, they provided statewide team leadership, management and direction to Guardianship Options services, which included Guardianship/Conservatorships, Pooled Trust, and other related services.

From January 2002 to April 2010, they were the Division Director at HSI, Human Services, Inc. And from January 2000 to December 2001, they were the Associate Director at HSI Human Services, Inc.

Roxanne Jenkins has a MA in Organizational Management from Concordia University-St. Paul, a Mini MBA in Non-Profit/Public/Organizational Management from the University of St. Thomas, and a BA in Psychology from St. Cloud State University.

They work with Kim Watson - Senior Director of Guardianship Options, Supported Decision-Making & Pooled Trust Services, Becky Telin - Program Director of North Dakota Companion Services, and Joe Khawaja - Chief Financial Officer. Roxanne Jenkins reports to Patrick Thueson, CEO.
