Marilyn Justice has over 16 years of experience in service management and social services, currently serving as a Quality Assurance Supervisor and previously as a Service Coordinator/Training Coordinator at Lutheran Social Services of Central Ohio since July 2012. Responsibilities include managing client intake, education, and referrals to community service providers, as well as providing HUD required training on various topics related to aging, disabilities, and mental health. Prior roles include being an On Call CSR at Interim Healthcare, where emergency support was provided for clients, and a Service Coordinator at National Church Residence, focusing on social service management. Marilyn also worked at Job and Family Services as a Social Service Worker II, conducting investigations and providing case management for older adults. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Specialized Studies in Family Dynamics and an Associate degree in Human Services from Ohio University.
