Frank Harris

Executive Director, Behavioral Health at LUTHERAN SOCIAL SERVICES OF ILLINOIS

Frank Harris has over 25 years of experience in the field of social services, currently serving as the Director of Clinical Services and Program Director at Lutheran Social Services of Illinois since September 1997. Frank oversees multiple substance abuse service units, including residential rehabilitation and outpatient programs, at the BHS Center in Elgin. In addition to clinical leadership, Frank contributes to academia as an adjunct professor at Loyola University Chicago and an adjunct instructor at Harold Washington College since 2007. Frank holds a Master of Social Work (MSW) from the University of Illinois Chicago and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Communications from the University of Iowa.
