Rick Redmond

Rick Redmond is a dedicated social worker and mental health professional with extensive experience in providing support to at-risk youth and their families. Currently serving as a Counselor and Case Manager at Lutheran Social Services of Illinois, Rick also founded and leads YouthTopia, focusing on sustainable well-being for vulnerable youth through innovative programs. Previous roles include Case Manager for homeless youth at The Night Ministry, Residential Case Manager at Lydia Home Association, and empowering veterans through housing and employment assistance at Inner Voice, Inc. Rick holds a Master of Social Work from Liberty University and has earned multiple certifications in character development and social-emotional learning, demonstrating a strong commitment to enhancing the lives of youth in challenging situations.
