Theodore Umstead Foster

Theodore Umstead Foster, MBA, SPHR, is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources at Lutheran Social Services of Illinois, Theodore has previously held significant positions such as Director of Human Resources at Endeavor Health and Evanston Hospital within the Northshore University Health System. Prior roles include Vice President of Global Human Resources, Employee Relations, and Vice President of Workforce Management Strategy & Analytics at Bank of America, along with serving as Senior Human Resources Manager at BJC HealthCare. Theodore is currently pursuing a PhD in Organizational Development at Benedictine University, complementing a foundational Bachelor of Arts in History from Lindenwood University.
