Kiya N. R.

Kiya N. R. has a diverse work experience spanning from 2006 to the present. Kiya N. began their career as a Direct Care Counselor at the Community Resource Center for the Developmentally Disabled from 2006 to 2008. Kiya N. then worked as a Community Counselor/Group Day Habilitation Coordinator at The Epilepsy Foundation Metropolitan New York from 2009 to 2013. Kiya N. R. went on to join The Center for Family Support in 2009 where they served as a Corporate Compliance Manager until 2016. From 2017 to 2017, they were a Continuous Quality Improvement Specialist at Cayuga Centers for Children. Kiya N. R. then became the Director Of Program Operations at ArchCare from 2018 to 2020. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Family Support Services at Lutheran Social Services of New York since July 2020.

Kiya N. R. earned a Bachelor's Degree in Human Service Management from the University of Phoenix from 2013 to 2015. Kiya N. then completed a Master of Education (M.Ed.) in Adult Education at the University of Phoenix from 2015 to 2017.
