Aicha Amchtkar

Aicha Amchtkar has extensive experience in program management and customer service, currently serving as the Resettlement Program Manager at Lutheran Social Services of the National Capital Area since October 2021. Prior to this role, Aicha worked as a Refugee Resettlement Case Manager, ensuring compliance with core services mandated by the Department of State. Aicha's previous experience includes positions as Customer Service Manager at TJMAX, where exceptional customer service was delivered, and Merchandiser Manager at El Corte Inglés, overseeing product development in Morocco and Tunisia with significant increases in turnover. Additional roles include Merchandiser at ERBA, Purchasing Manager at Velmore LTD, and Purchasing Assistant at Les Ateliers de Lingerie.
