Leadership Team

The Leadership Team at Lutheran Social Services of the National Capital Area (LSSNCA) oversees the organization's strategic direction and operations, ensuring alignment with its mission to support refugees, forced migrants, immigrants, children and youth, and underserved communities. Comprising roles such as the CEO and Chief Financial Officer, this team is responsible for setting and implementing goals, managing resources, fostering community partnerships, and driving innovative initiatives to foster resiliency and self-sufficiency among the people LSSNCA serves.
