Gitonga Nteere is a seasoned finance and administration professional with extensive experience in financial management and oversight. Currently serving as the Country Finance and Administration Officer at Lutheran World Relief since October 2019, Gitonga is responsible for reviewing cash requests, expense reports, and ensuring financial compliance. Previous roles include Finance Officer at the National Organization of Peer Educators, where Gitonga coordinated donor financial reports and managed financial resources, and Grants Officer at Kenya AIDS NGOs Consortium, where responsibilities included budgeting, capacity building, and funds disbursement for various grants. Gitonga's career began as a Credit Officer at SMEP DTM BANK, focusing on loan disbursement and client training. Gitonga holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Nairobi and a CPA-K (Accounts) certification from Star College.
