Head Of Programmes at Lutheran World Relief

Monijinjir Byapari's work experience includes serving as an Executive Director at Lamartiniere SEOMP Society since March 2020. Prior to this role, they worked as an Independent Consultant where they evaluated various projects and studied accountability mechanisms among CSOs. They also evaluated a social development project and guided the process of change in a rights-based perspective. Before that, they held the position of Head of Programmes at Lutheran World Relief starting from January 2013. They also served as a Programme Manager at Lutheran World Service India Trust from March 2014 to December 2018. Additionally, they worked as a Program Coordinator/Program Administrator for PACS and IPAP projects at CNI Synodical Board of Social Services from July 2011 to the present time. In this role, they monitor foreign grants and provide guidance to the program team in planning, monitoring, and evaluation.

Monijinjir Byapari completed a Masters in Sociology with a focus on industrial sociology and social work at the University of Calcutta from 1997 to 1999. Furthermore, Monijinjir Byapari attended the Lead - Inspiring leaders for a sustainable world program from 2007 to 2008, where they obtained a degree in Organizational Leadership as part of Cohort 11.
