Alison Willetts has extensive experience in various roles within mental health and employment services. Alison has held positions such as Assistant Director, Program Manager, Program Supervisor, Program Facilitator, Program Lead, and Employment Advisor at Lutherwood. Additionally, Alison worked as a Customer Service Representative at The Beer Store. Alison obtained a Diploma in Career Development Practitioner from Conestoga College and a Honours Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Human Resources Management from the University of Waterloo.

Lutherwood is a progressive, not-for-profit health and social service organization that provides mental health, employment, and housing services in Waterloo Region and Wellington County. For over 50 years, we have grown to care for more than 14,000 people annually, with diverse and intersectional identities, within our community.
