Aaron Stumpf

Aaron Stumpf is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in mechanical and manufacturing engineering. Currently serving as the Manufacturing Engineering Leader at Lutron Electronics since April 2025, Aaron previously worked as a Mechanical Engineer at Kaiser Aluminum and as a Sr. Mechanical Engineer at Focal Point, LLC from 2019 to 2024. Earlier roles included Global Sourcing Engineering Specialist at Hamilton Beach Brands Inc. and various mechanical engineering positions at Focal Point, LLC and Astronics CSC. Aaron began a career in mechanical design engineering after completing a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering at the University of Notre Dame in 2013, following education at Benedictine College Preparatory.
