Adam Andersen

Adam Andersen has extensive experience in mechanical engineering and product management, currently serving as a Solution Leader at Lutron Electronics since August 2014. In this role, Adam manages global commodities for injection mold suppliers and collaborates with multiple vendors to develop a robust supply chain and facilitate new product development. Adam's previous positions at Lutron include roles as a Senior Design and Development Mechanical Engineer and a Design and Development Mechanical Engineer, focusing on luxury keypads and commercial support. Prior to Lutron, Adam worked at Bechtel Marine Propulsion Corporation as an Associate Crew Training Engineer and completed a Master’s and Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering at Bucknell University, where Adam also contributed as a Graduate Engineering Consultant and interned at Northrop Grumman and Greenman-Pedersen, Inc.
