Alissa Ryan

Alissa Ryan is an experienced HR professional with a strong focus on HRIS and technical solutions. At Lutron Electronics, Alissa held the position of Principal Administrator, HRIS, leading Workday enhancements and designing HRIS processes. Prior experience at Gartner included roles as a Human Resources Coordinator, HRIS Specialist, and HRIS Analyst, where Alissa managed high-volume scheduling, provided Tier 1 support for HR systems, and directed HRIS projects. Additionally, Alissa served as a Public Speaking Instructor at the University of Connecticut and worked as a Human Resource Coordinator and Office Manager at Maxum Petroleum, Inc. Alissa holds a Master's degree in Communication Science and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Media Studies from the University of Connecticut.
