Andrew Burton

Andrew Burton is an experienced Senior Design and Development Mechanical Engineer at Lutron Electronics, where responsibilities include investigating quality issues and implementing cost-saving measures for the Motorized Shades Platform since August 2017. Prior experience includes a role as a Mechanical Engineer at Bulk Process Equipment, Inc., focusing on industrial process engineering and collaboration with fabricators. Andrew also served as an Environmental Consulting Intern at Versar, where sample collection and analysis were key tasks, and worked as a lab assistant at Duke University, contributing to ecological research projects. Andrew holds a Master of Engineering and a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Duke University.
