Greg Scholz is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in mechanical engineering and manufacturing processes. Currently serving as the Palladiom Manufacturing Lead at Lutron Electronics since 2002, Greg develops manufacturing processes and oversees production for the Palladiom keypad line. Previously, as a Senior Design & Development Mechanical Engineer and LED Center of Excellence Lead at Lutron, Greg led compatibility testing initiatives for LED and CFL products, establishing testing procedures and providing critical guidance. Prior to Lutron, Greg worked as a Research Assistant at Penn State University's Mechatronics Research Lab, where an innovative actuated whisker was developed to determine object profiles using force and torque data. Scholz holds both a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Penn State University.
