Lanell Gray

Lanell Gray has over 25 years of experience in engineering, product management, and business strategy, currently serving at Lutron Electronics since July 2007 in various leadership roles, including Intelligent Light Systems, Business Manager for Lighting Fixtures, Product Manager for Lighting Fixtures, and Quality Engineering Manager. Key accomplishments include successfully integrating a smart lighting company acquisition into the luxury residential market and developing approved annual business plans that drove sales growth. Previous experience includes serving as a Senior Product Design Engineer at Ford Motor Company, where Lanell led a team in implementing component design changes, and as a Technical Leadership Program Engineer at GE, where a patented Supply Chain Website was developed. Lanell holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from Michigan State University and an MBA in Management from DeSales University.
