Ron Moritz

Ron Moritz is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in manufacturing quality and operations within the electronics industry. Currently serving as the Director of Plant Quality at Lutron Electronics since August 2008, Ron is responsible for overseeing plant manufacturing quality across global production facilities, emphasizing continuous improvement and customer satisfaction. Previously, Ron held several key positions at Lutron, including Manufacturing Quality Manager, Plant Manager for the Lehigh Valley Manufacturing Facilities, and Engineering Manager for the Manufacturing Engineering and Tool and Test Department. Prior experience includes a role as Manufacturing Engineering and Production Manager at Visteon, where Ron managed production and engineering operations generating significant revenue. Ron began their career as a Manufacturing Engineer at Ford Motor Company. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Manufacturing Systems Engineering from the University of Michigan-Dearborn and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Lehigh University.
