Russell MacAdam

Russell MacAdam is an accomplished engineering leader with over three decades of experience at Lutron Electronics. Since June 2007, Russell has served as the Director of Commercial Engineering Development, focusing on recruiting and mentoring engineering talent within Lutron's Commercial business. Prior to this role, Russell held various key positions, including Director and Engineering Manager of the Ballasts Strategic Business Unit, where responsibilities encompassed managing all aspects of the ballast business. Russell's extensive project work encompasses hardware, software, power electronics, manufacturing, marketing, and operations. Educated at Cornell University with a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Russell's background reflects a strong foundation in the field.
