Jung-Heon Sim has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Jung-Heon started their career in 2002 at PwC, where they held several positions, including Associate, Senior Associate, Manager, and finally Senior Manager. In 2014, they joined Bristol-Myers Squibb, where they served as the Business Controls Function Manager, Senior Manager for Korea and PacRim, Senior Manager for Japan and Korea, Senior Manager for FP&A, and Country Controller for Korea. Most recently, in 2022, Jung-Heon Sim joined LUTRONIC as the Head of International Business Office and Director of Finance, and they were later promoted to the role of Director of Finance.

Jung-Heon Sim completed their undergraduate education from Seoul National University, majoring in Business Administration. Jung-Heon attended the institution from 1996 to 2003 and received a Bachelor's degree.
