Bill's earlier career includes a position as Logistics Manager at xpedx from 1993 until November 2004 and a role in Materials Management at Fluor Corporation from 1981 to 1993. Bill holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management from Milligan College, completed between 1974 and 1978, and is a graduate of Sullivan East High School, where studies concluded in 1974.
