Rachel Gold has worked in a variety of roles since 1999. Rachel began their career as a Senior eCommerce Consultant at Fort Point Partners. In 2003, they moved to Wells Fargo as a Vice President of Institutional Equity Sales, where they marketed proprietary research and new issuances to Boston-area buy-side accounts. In 2008, they joined Kronos as a Senior SaaS Solutions Designer. In 2010, they became a Program/Product Manager at Adobe Systems, overseeing a $25M initiative to transform Adobe's Commerce paradigm. In 2012, they founded their own company, RACHEL GOLD Brand | Strategy | Design, where they served as a Brand Strategist. In 2015, they joined MUH-TAY-ZIK | HOF-FER as a Director of Brand Strategy, developing strategy team POV and processes. In 2018, they became Vice President of Strategy at Elephant, leading the west-coast strategy practice for the advertising & digital experience-design agency. In 2017, they Co-Founded LUUM, developing the strategic and customer-experience foundation for the innovative beauty-tech venture. In 2022, they will become an Adjunct Professor at California College of the Arts, teaching Brand & Marketing Strategy at the MBA-level.

Rachel Gold graduated from Harvard University in 1998 with an AB Cum Laude in English and American Literature, Visual Arts & Design. In 2012, they obtained a Master of Business Administration - MBA in Design Strategy from California College of the Arts.
