Florine Klauser

Florine Klauser is a seasoned HR professional currently serving as the Head of Human Resources at Luware. Previously, Florine held leadership roles at Supertext, where responsibilities included developing people management strategies and overseeing HR projects across international offices. Florine began their career as a Business Apprentice at Hilton Zurich Airport and later became Teamleiter Administration at BSD Informatik GmbH, where they optimized processes and managed customer services. Florine is also pursuing multiple degrees at the ZHAW, including a MAS in Human Resource Management.
