Ryan Sweetman

Ryan Sweetman is a System Engineer at Luware since June 2023, with previous experience as a Managed Service Desk Engineer at Onecom from November 2020 to June 2023, where support was provided for various Mitel products. Prior to that, Ryan worked as a Technical Support Engineer at Arrow Business Communications, focusing on installing and supporting Mitel MiVoice systems, and as a Support/Installations Engineer at Worksmart Technology, managing customer support requests. An earlier role as an IT Helpdesk Analyst at NHS involved supporting over 19,000 users. Ryan holds a Level 3 BTEC Extended Diploma in Creative Media Production from Northern Regional College and completed GCSEs at Ballymoney High School.
