Katrina Albert has a diverse range of work experience, beginning in 2015 with a role as a Partnership Manager at Fusion Jeunesse. Katrina'sresponsibilities included establishing philanthropic partnerships and monitoring partnership budgets. From 2017 to 2018, they worked as a Development Manager at Social Business Creation, where they led the development and international exposure of a global social entrepreneurship competition. Katrina defined and executed marketing strategies, set KPIs, and planned budgets. During this time, they also held several board member positions at organizations such as Regroupement des éco-quartiers and ELEKTRA. In 2017, they joined Lightspeed HQ as a Sales Executive and played a central role in the company's growth trajectory, reaching 100% of the yearly AMRR target. Katrina also led the creation of a sustainability vision for the company. In 2018, Katrina co-founded Lux Aerobot, a space robotics company specializing in Earth observation. As President and Co-founder, they are responsible for the design, manufacturing, and operation of atmospheric satellites and the development of decision-making tools for organizations. In 2019, they became an entrepreneur at the Innovation & Collaboration Centre.
Katrina Albert graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration from HEC Montréal in 2015. During their time at HEC Montréal, they achieved honour roll status. In 2014, they briefly attended Prague University of Economics and Business, although the specific degree and field of study they pursued there are not specified. Furthermore, in November 2016, they obtained a certification in Réseau Jeunes Administrateurs from Collège des administrateurs de sociétés.
