Currently serving as a Sales Professional and Social Media Coordinator at Lux Bond & Green since August 2023, Garreth is responsible for customer service, sales, and social media content creation. Prior experience includes a Sales Partner role at UpMerch, where Garreth built client relationships and completed certified sales training, as well as an Auto Detailer and Brand Representative at Detail Galaxy, where Garreth developed social media content and managed client appointments. Garreth's early career included a position as a Physical Therapy Aide at Pioneer Spine and Sports, providing individualized exercise plans and supporting client progress.

Today the fourth generation of the Green family leads the company and their seven locations throughout New England.
