Joudi Rhodes has extensive experience in sales and customer service within the jewelry industry, demonstrating a strong career trajectory over two decades. Currently serving as a Service Liaison & Sales Specialist at Lux Bond & Green since August 2021, Joudi previously held the roles of Service Manager and Sales from June 2015 to January 2021 at the same company. Prior to this, Joudi spent ten years at Long's Jewelers as a Sales and Customer Service Specialist and five years at Bailey Banks & Biddle Jewelers in Sales and Management.

Green, who had operated a horse and cart selling pocket watches and gold eye frames on the streets of Waterbury CT then a thriving industrial community. In 1932, the second generation purchased the Lux Bond & Lux Jewelers in downtown Hartford and renamed it Lux Bond & Green. Today the fourth generation of the Green family leads the company and their seven locations throughout New England.
