Taron Campbell

Taron Campbell has worked in the recruitment and logistics field since 2006. In 2006, they worked as a Contract Recruiter for Employer Services Corporation Inc. where they administered recruitment processes for outsourcing contracts with the U.S. Federal government. In 2007, they worked as a Recruiter/Background Investigator for Civilian Police International, recruiting highly qualified civilian police officers, attorneys and support staff for overseas missions on behalf of the U.S. Department of State. In 2008, they worked as a Technical Recruiter for Webster Data Communication, Inc., conducting full lifecycle recruiting of security cleared, technical and internal requisitions. Lastly, from 2010 onward, they have been a Logistics Manager for Lux Consulting Group, providing logistical support to the meeting planners, program managers, and Federal Staff for the Office of Head Start, as well as assisting in developing and implementing recruitment strategies to identify highly-qualified reviewers to participate in grant application reviews.
