Ricky Chakraborty

Ricky Chakraborty is an experienced Human Resources professional with a strong background in recruitment, attendance management, and compliance with labor laws. Currently serving as a Senior Executive in Human Resources at Lux Industries Limited since July 2021 and previously as a Senior Human Resources Executive at Lux Industries Ltd since February 2021, Ricky has also held a similar role at Mayurbanz Metal since January 2017. With expertise in salary, leave pay, and bonus calculations, Ricky possesses knowledge of the POSH Act, LWF, Minimum Wages Act, and related Shop & Establishment Act.
