Michal Cienkus

Michal Cienkus has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Michal has recently worked as the Deputy Director in the Strategy Department at LUX MED since September 2018. Prior to that, they served as the Finance Manager at CI Games from December 2017 to August 2018. Michal has also held various positions at LUX MED, including Business Development Manager, Operations Controller, and Senior Strategic Analyst, from November 2015 to November 2017, March 2015 to October 2015, and July 2013 to February 2015 respectively. Before joining LUX MED, Michal worked at home.pl as a Senior Financial Controlling Analyst from October 2012 to June 2013. Michal started their professional career at Asseco Poland as a Financial Specialist from February 2008 to September 2012, and prior to that, they worked at Ernst & Young as a member of the Financial Audit team from August 2006 to January 2008. Michal gained early experience through internships at Nielsen, Felix Schoeller Group, Ministry of Finance of Poland, and Kredyt Bank.

Michal Cienkus earned their MA in International Financial Management from SGH Warsaw School of Economics, which they attended from 2001 to 2006. In 2004, they obtained a Certificate in Russian Language from Pushkin State Russian Language Institute. Additionally, in 2005, they briefly studied Rationality Choice & Moral Hazard at the University of Illinois Springfield and Banking & Finance at the University of Applied Sciences in Vienna, AUT.
