Tomasz Szczesny is an experienced project manager and entrepreneur with a robust background in financial services and sales effectiveness. Currently serving as Project Manager at LUX MED since October 2020, Szczesny previously held the position of CEO at Re-Finance since December 2012, focusing on refinancing financial products and optimizing costs for enterprises and households. Szczesny also led LearnPlace.pl as CEO from April 2009 to June 2012, where the "SalesPower" product was developed to enhance sales effectiveness. Prior to these roles, Szczesny was CEO at Manager Development Forum from January 2006 to April 2009, organizing notable conferences in Poland, and at Youth Initiative Association from January 2003 to January 2006, bridging business with academic life. Szczesny holds a master's degree from SGH Warsaw School of Economics, completed in 2007.
