👋 Ash Dey

Ash Dey has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. In 2018, Ash joined Lyfe as the COO & Wellbeing Product Lead, where they implemented rewards technology into a wellbeing platform. In 2021, Ash became the COO of LUX Rewards, which is part of Lyfe Technology. Additionally, Ash served as a Board Trustee at Chance UK from 2016 to 2023, supporting children facing emotional and behavioral difficulties. They also participated in the Natwest Entrepreneur Accelerator Programme with Lyfe and NatWest Business. Ash was part of the Business Growth Programme at London & Partners from 2019 to 2020. Prior to that, Ash worked as a consultant for Ash Dey Consulting Limited, focusing on technology, infrastructure, and service management. They were also involved in business change management activities for a ServiceNow implementation at BP. Before that, Ash worked at Accenture from 2016 to 2018, where they served as an Infrastructure Consultant and played a role in infrastructure simplification, service management strategy, and global service management operating model assessment and design. Ash also worked at Atos as an IT Service Delivery Manager and Quality, Audit & Risk Manager, overseeing the delivery of managed services and managing quality, audit, and risk for multiple clients. They began their career as a Business Analyst at HCA Consulting in 2011.

Ash Dey completed their Masters in Chemistry with Biological and Medicinal Chemistry from the University of York between 2007 and 2011. Before attending the university, Ash attended Ratcliffe College, where they obtained their GCSEs and A-Levels.
