Tom Munday has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. In 2013, they gained work experience at MoneySuperMarket.com, where they learned about SEO, CRM, and gained a general understanding of business operations. From 2014 to 2017, Tom worked as an Entrepreneurial Assistant at Intilery.com, shadowing the CEO during university holidays and gaining valuable startup experience. In 2016, they also worked as an Account Growth Exec at IBM, specializing in selling big business products to other major companies.

Afterward, Tom served as a Bartender at Brunning and Price Pubs Ltd in 2019 before taking on the role of Business Analyst and Growth Marketing professional at Swishd. At Swishd, they actively worked with the founder and participated in various aspects of startup life, including operations, design, marketing, product development, recruitment, technology, sales, and business development.

Tom co-founded PYRO in 2018, a tech startup focused on nightlife, data collection, loyalty, and payments. During their time there, they built a team and product while establishing an esteemed advisory board. Moreover, they also worked as an Ambassador at Lancaster University Management School from 2015 to 2018, where they provided honest reviews of their student experience, presented to parents, and conducted campus tours.

Lastly, Tom has engaged in self-employment activities, offering services such as pet sitting, gardening, handyman work, and childminding. 👋 Tom gained clientele through distributing leaflets and maintained steady work throughout their spare time. This venture allowed him to meet long-term business mentors and friends.

Currently, Tom holds the position of Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) at LUX Rewards since 2020 and at Lyfe since 2021.
