Magdalena Korpal-Gede has a diverse work experience in the aviation industry, with a focus on security and sustainability. Magdalena is currently working as the Head of Airline Security at Luxair. Prior to this role, they served as a Sustainable Aviation Specialist at Carbon Trade eXchange (CTX) in 2021. From 2019 to 2021, they were self-employed as a Consultant & Trainer at Lumino MK. Magdalena's previous experience includes working at Luxaviation Group as a Security Coordinator & Project Manager, where they were responsible for streamlining security policies and procedures. Magdalena also served as the Deputy Security Manager and worked as an Intern at the Compliance and Safety Department. Before that, they had an apprenticeship at the Office of Safety Management in Civil Aviation at Urząd Lotnictwa Cywilnego in 2014, and also completed an apprenticeship at the Safety Aviation Office at Polish Airports State Enterprise (Warsaw Chopin Airport) in 2013.

Magdalena Korpal-Gede has a Master's degree in International Project Management from the Military University of Technology, which they obtained between 2014 and 2016. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in International Relations and National Security Studies from the Military University of Technology between 2011 and 2014. In addition, they have a Glider Pilot Licence from the Civil Aviation Authority of the Republic of Poland, obtained in 2011.
