Jille Kuipers is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in innovation and marketing within the lighting industry. Currently serving as Co-Founder of HortiPower since January 2019, Jille is instrumental in developing specialized grow lights for various applications, including tissue culture labs and greenhouses. Concurrently, Jille holds the position of Innovation Manager and Co-Founder at LuxBalance, focusing on life-centric lighting products. Previous experience includes a role as Marketing Innovation Manager and Co-owner at Design Indulgence, and significant positions at Philips, where Jille led innovation projects and managed pricing strategies for a large product portfolio.
