Michele R. is an experienced professional in the beverage industry, currently serving as the Founder of the London Bourbon Experience since September 2021, fostering collaboration among cocktail bars and whiskey shops. Additionally, Michele R. has worked at Luxco, Inc. since January 2018, taking on the roles of On-trade specialist and brand educator, focusing on international education programs and sales in the UK and Italy, and previously served as a European Brand Ambassador. Michele R.'s career includes various management roles such as Assistant Bar Manager at Sheraton Grand London Park Lane, Bar Manager at D&D London, and General Manager positions at Halliford House and Looking Glass Cocktails Club. Driven by a passion for quality and innovative beverage experiences, Michele R. has also founded Reina LAB and holds a diploma from Istututo Prealpi Saronno and is pursuing Spirits Lv2 from the Wine & Spirit Education Trust.
