Brandan James has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Brandan started their career as an Investment Broker Assistant at SWBC Corporation in 2008. Brandan then moved on to work as a Global Purchasing Agent at Forum Oilfield Technologies, where they were responsible for managing global purchasing of raw materials for oil field equipment manufacturing.
Following that, James joined Closing Sale as a Buyer/Planner, where they successfully reduced inventory levels by 32% and managed inventory totaling $4 million. Brandan then transitioned to Medtronic Diabetes Division as a Diabetes Therapy Associate.
In 2011, James became a Diabetes Therapy Consultant at Medtronic, focusing on providing therapy consultations for diabetes patients. Brandan then joined Dentsply Sirona in 2013 as a Territory Manager, responsible for selling capital equipment and consumables to dentists and specialists in the Central TX region.
From 2016 to 2019, James worked at Neodent USA, initially as a Senior Territory Manager, where they grew a scratch territory to the largest territory in the US. Brandan then became an Area Sales Director for the South Central region. Notably, they coached a team member to achieve the Rep of the Year award and mentored four team members to exceed 100% objectives.
Afterwards, James joined Carbon in 2019, starting as a Sales Director and eventually becoming a National Account Manager. In these roles, they demonstrated exceptional strategic sales leadership.
Currently, James is working at LuxCreo as a National Sales Manager.
Brandan James attended Texas A&M University from 2006 to 2008, where they obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree in Sociology. Brandan also studied Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies at the same university, though the exact dates and degree obtained for this field of study are unknown.
