Harold Noirot

Harold Noirot is a seasoned professional currently serving as Conseiller PCA at Lux-Development since 2013. They previously held the position of Chef de projets at IDELUX from 2008 to 2013 and worked as an Architecte at SOGEDEC and Atelier d'Architecture et d'Urbanisme Jean Beck. Harold also contributed as an Attaché Architecte at the Direction Générale de l'Aménagement du Territoire, du Logement et du Patrimoine from 2006 to 2008 and as Chargé de missions at Valbois RN from 2001 to 2002. They earned a degree in Ingénieur Civil Architecte from Université de Liège, completing their studies in 2001.
