Yves Dublin

Yves Dublin has extensive experience in social protection and program management, currently serving as Représentant résident a.i. and Chargé de programmes for Cabo Verde and Africa at LuxDev since September 2019. In addition, Yves holds the position of Vice-Président du Conseil d'administration at UNICEF Luxembourg since June 2021. Previously, Yves worked with UNICEF from November 2010 to September 2019 in various roles, including Social Protection Specialist and Social Policy Consultant, providing technical assistance to governments in Kenya, Ethiopia, and Romania to develop inclusive social protection policies and programs. Yves began professional career at Lux-Development as a Technical Assistant and has experience as a Junior Business Consultant at Valtech Axelboss. Yves holds a Master's degree in Economics and Financial Management from Universität Innsbruck and a DEUG in Economics and Management from Université Grenoble Alpes.
