Currently serving as President of The Caceres Real Estate Group since March 2017, Julio specializes in Commercial, Investment, and Residential Properties, helping Sellers and Buyers achieve their real estate goals with a commitment to professionalism and ethics. Additionally, Julio has held the position of Sales Manager at LUXE PLACES INTERNATIONAL REALTY since January 2009 and briefly at RE/MAX Full Spectrum in January 2009, providing similar expertise and services. Julio holds a Master in Economics with a focus on Business Management from Universidad Tecnologica Equinoccial and a degree in Business and Finances from Universidad de las Fuerzas Armadas - ESPE.
