Tran-Vu la

Tran-Vu LA is an experienced researcher specializing in remote sensing and telecommunications, currently serving as an R&T Associate at the Luxembourg Institute of Science and Technology (LIST) since January 2022. In this role, Tran-Vu LA is involved in an R&D project aimed at developing algorithms for the automatic detection of oil spills and vessels using various satellite imagery. Prior to this position, Tran-Vu LA worked as a Senior Research and Development Engineer at B-Space and Extreme Weather Expertise, contributing to projects focused on maritime security, land-use monitoring, and collaborations with the European Space Agency. Tran-Vu LA's academic background includes a PhD in Telecommunications and Signal Processing from Université de Rennes I, as well as master's and engineering degrees in telecommunications.
