Joe Reynolds

Joe Reynolds is an experienced engineering and maintenance professional currently serving as the Engineering and Maintenance Manager at Luxfer Magtech since December 2019. Previously, Joe held the positions of Maintenance Manager and Senior Controls Engineer at Mubea from March 2017 to December 2019. At The Schwan Food Company, from May 2007 to March 2017, Joe advanced from Automation Technician, designing custom control systems, to Automation Supervisor, managing costs and driving productivity goals. Earlier roles include Lead Maintenance at Flextech Packaging and Maintenance Electrician at Faurecia, providing extensive experience in equipment maintenance and automation. Joe holds a Master of Business Administration from Thomas More University and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the same institution, complemented by an Associate’s degree in Electromechanical Technology from Cincinnati State Technical and Community College and a certificate in Industrial Supervision from the University of Cincinnati.
