Serg Shestakov

Serg Shestakov has worked in the IT industry since 2001. Serg began their career at Industry&Construction Bank (now part of VTB Group) as the Computer Systems Department Manager and Project Director. In this role, they were responsible for managing up to 4 departments and 50 employees, and was in charge of the IT services for the bank's plastic card business, datacenters, and infrastructure. Serg also prepared the IT infrastructure and systems for merging with VTB Group. In addition, they were the E-payments Centre Manager, managing 3 departments and 30 employees, and responsible for the IT services for the bank's plastic card business, including authorization and card management system, issuing/acquiring, ATM and POS network. In 2005, they became the Co-Owner and CEO of Luxms Group, a high tech group of companies serving enterprise customers. Serg is a world leading provider of MPP BI solutions (mppbi.com) - big data-enabled business intelligence for decision makers.

Serg Shestakov obtained their PhD in Computer Science from Peter the Great St.Petersburg Polytechnic University between 1991 and 1997. Serg also has a PhD in Computer Science certification.
