Makarem Hussein

Makarem Hussein has been in the technology industry since 1992. Makarem started their career at Intel Corporation in 1992 as a Member of Technical Staff, Front-End Etch Group Leader and Senior Process Development Engineer. In 1997, they became the Founding Director, Intel-KACST Center of Excellence in Nano-manufacturing Applications (CENA) and Interconnects Research Director and Senior Principal Engineer, Back-End Etch Group Leader. In 2015, they joined KLA-Tencor as Senior Director, Technical Programs. Currently, they are employed at LuxNour Technologies Inc. as President and Chief Technology Officer.

Makarem Hussein holds a Doctor of Philosophy - PhD in Nuclear Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a Bachelor's degree in Nuclear Engineering from the University of Alexandria, Egypt.
