Aaron Foster

Aaron joined Luxor as a Business Development Associate in October 2021. Before his pivot into the crypto industry, Aaron led an integrated team at Ontario Power Generation - Darlington Nuclear, which, during his tenure, planned and executed the worlds first of a kind refurbishment program on a CANDU Nuclear Reactor. He was a Team Leader in GE's Power Conversion business, where he managed the shop operations for fabrication and assembly of large motors, serving industries such as Oil & Gas, Military, Utilities and Mining. Aaron started his career at Suncor Energy, where he held roles of increasing responsibility within their 400,000 bpd Baseplant Oilsands and 350,00 bpd greenfield Fort Hills Oilsands mining operations. He has many years of management and leadership experience in Oil & Gas, Manufacturing and Utilities including Nuclear, successfully delivering innovative projects and services as well as building and growing high performing teams. He currently lives in the Greater Toronto Area in Ontario, Canada.
